Cholestyramine Clinical Impact: Concomitant use of NEXLIZET and cholestyramine decreases ezetimibe concentration. Intervention: Administer NEXLIZET either at least 2 hours before or at least 4 hours after bile acid sequestrants [see Dosage and Administration (2.2) ] .
