These terms cover your use of plainmeds.com. The site is free to read and has no accounts, so they are short.

Who runs the site?
Kiznis Studio, an independent studio in Lithuania with one operator, runs PlainMeds. Its address for every purpose is hello@plainmeds.com.
What the records are, and what they are not
The pages restate public files of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as those agencies published them, with each source named, and quote FDA labels as written. PlainMeds does not grade, endorse or sell medicines, and it is not affiliated with the FDA, CMS or any company whose products appear.
Nothing on the site is medical, pharmaceutical or legal advice. Labels, prices, shortages and recalls change; check the linked source, and ask a pharmacist or prescriber, before acting on anything you read here.
Can you reuse the data?
The FDA and CMS data files are U.S. government works; the label text quoted on the pages is the manufacturers' FDA-approved labeling, quoted with its source. The PlainMeds medicine records, its tables and its downloadable dataset and analysis CSV files may be reused, commercially too, under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence: name PlainMeds and link the page or file you used. The site's own text and design stay ours; quoting a passage with a link is welcome.
Automated access
Search engines and well-behaved crawlers may read the site within what robots.txt allows. Please download the CSV files rather than scraping every page, do not work around rate limits or security measures, and do not load the site so heavily that it slows for readers.
Advertising
Ads served by Google AdSense pay for the site. They are shown as ads, they may come from drug makers or pharmacies, and they do not change what any page says or the order of any list. The privacy page explains what the ad tools store and your choices.
Liability
We work to show the files accurately and to fix errors once found, but the site is provided as it is, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows, and to that extent Kiznis Studio is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of these pages. These terms do not limit any right that your local law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Questions and changes
Send questions and error reports to hello@plainmeds.com; the corrections process says what happens next. When these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
