Simvastatin's FDA label of March 28, 2025 names digoxin in its drug interactions section; the digoxin labels PlainMeds reads (3) do not name simvastatin. The simvastatin label: “Obtain INR before ZOCOR initiation and monitor INR during ZOCOR dosage initiation or adjustment. Digoxin: During ZOCOR initiation, monitor digoxin levels.”
