What the FDA labels say about taking them together

Sertraline and stiripentol

Stiripentol's FDA label of April 27, 2026 names sertraline in its drug interactions section; the sertraline labels PlainMeds reads (3) do not name stiripentol. The stiripentol label: “Because of potential drug-drug interactions, consider dose adjustment of CYP1A2 substrates, CYP2B6 substrates, and CYP3A4 substrates, as clinically appropriate, when administered concomitantly with DIACOMIT.”

Check it at the source: the sertraline FDA label on DailyMed (effective August 8, 2023, Viatris Specialty LLC); the stiripentol FDA label on DailyMed (effective April 27, 2026, BIOCODEX, INC.).
