Quinidine's FDA label of February 1, 2018 names warfarin in its drug interactions section; the warfarin label PlainMeds reads does not name quinidine. The quinidine label: “By a mechanism that is not understood, quinidine potentiates the anticoagulatory action of warfarin, and the anticoagulant dosage may need to be reduced.”
