Perindopril's FDA label of March 13, 2024 names triamterene in its drug interactions section; triamterene's label does not name perindopril itself but warns about its class (ACE inhibitors). The perindopril label: “Use of potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements or other drugs capable of increasing serum potassium can increase the risk of hyperkalemia.”

Use of potassium-sparing diuretics (spironolactone, amiloride, triamterene and others), potassium supplements or other drugs capable of increasing serum potassium (indomethacin, heparin, cyclosporine and others) can increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
