Ivermectin's FDA label (Stromectol) of September 20, 2024 names warfarin in its drug interactions section; the warfarin label PlainMeds reads does not name ivermectin. The ivermectin label: “Drug Interactions Post-marketing reports of increased INR have been rarely reported when ivermectin was co-administered with warfarin.”
