Fluticasone's FDA label of December 19, 2024 names itraconazole in its drug interactions (prescription label) section, and itraconazole's label names fluticasone too. The fluticasone label: “The use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors with Fluticasone Propionate DISKUS is not recommended because increased systemic corticosteroid adverse effects may occur.”
