Clonazepam's FDA label of December 1, 2025 names fluoxetine in its drug interactions section; fluoxetine's label does not name clonazepam itself but warns about its class (Benzodiazepines). The clonazepam label: “The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors sertraline (weak CYP3A4 inducer) and fluoxetine (CYP2D6 inhibitor), and the anti-epileptic drug felbamate do not affect the pharmacokinetics of clonazepam.”
