Benazepril's FDA label of September 30, 2025 names sirolimus in its drug interactions section; sirolimus's label does not name benazepril itself but warns about its class (ACE inhibitors). The benazepril label: “Patients receiving coadministration of ACE inhibitor and mTOR inhibitor therapy or a neprilysin inhibitor may be at increased risk for angioedema.”
