Montelukast's FDA label of April 30, 2025 names aspirin in its warnings and precautions section; the aspirin label PlainMeds reads does not name montelukast. The montelukast label: “Patients with known aspirin sensitivity should continue to avoid aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents while taking SINGULAIR.”
