Neomycin's FDA label of February 12, 2026 names amphotericin b in its boxed warning (prescription label) section; the amphotericin b label PlainMeds reads does not name neomycin. The neomycin label: “… nephrotoxic and/or neurotoxic drugs such as bacitracin, cisplatin, vancomycin, amphotericin B, polymyxin B, colistin and viomycin, should be avoided because the toxicity may be additive.”
