Alprostadil's FDA label (Caverject) of May 13, 2024 names warfarin in its warnings and precautions section; the warfarin label PlainMeds reads does not name alprostadil. The alprostadil label: “Injection site bleeding may occur in patients taking anticoagulants, such as warfarin or heparin.”
