Mitotane's FDA label of March 3, 2026 names adenosine in its warnings and precautions section; the adenosine label PlainMeds reads does not name mitotane. The mitotane label: “Prolonged Bleeding Time LYSODREN can cause platelet function disorders due to abnormal adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation.”
