ZAYNICH is a combination of cefepime, a cephalosporin antibacterial, and zidebactam, a beta-lactamase inhibitor and non-beta-lactam antibacterial indicated for the treatment of adult patients with complicated urinary tract infections (cUTI) including pyelonephritis caused by designated susceptible microorganisms.
