Sulindac's FDA label of December 20, 2024 names lithium in its drug interactions section; lithium's label does not name sulindac itself but warns about its class (NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)). The sulindac label: “Lithium NSAIDs have produced an elevation of plasma lithium levels and a reduction in renal lithium clearance.”
