Sofosbuvir's FDA label of December 26, 2024 names ritonavir in its drug interactions section; the ritonavir label PlainMeds reads does not name sofosbuvir. The sofosbuvir label: “Coadministration of SOVALDI with tipranavir/ritonavir is expected to decrease the concentration of sofosbuvir, leading to reduced therapeutic effect of SOVALDI. Coadministration is not recommended.”
