Silodosin's FDA label of April 15, 2026 names ritonavir in its contraindications section; the ritonavir label PlainMeds reads does not name silodosin. The silodosin label: “Concomitant use of ketoconazole or other strong CYP3A4 inhibitors is therefore contraindicated.”

Silodosin label, drug interactions

Use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as itraconazole or ritonavir may cause plasma concentrations of silodosin to increase.

Concomitant use of ketoconazole or other strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., itraconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir) is therefore contraindicated [see Drug Interactions (7.1) ].
