Risperidone's FDA label of May 28, 2026 names clozapine in its drug interactions section; clozapine's label does not name risperidone itself but warns about its class (Atypical antipsychotics). The risperidone label: “Concomitant use with methylphenidate, when there is change in dosage of either medication, may increase the risk of extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS).”
