Propafenone's FDA label of September 1, 2025 names rifampin in its drug interactions section; the rifampin label PlainMeds reads does not name propafenone. The propafenone label: “Concomitant administration of rifampin and propafenone in extensive metabolizers decreased the plasma concentrations of propafenone by 67% with a corresponding decrease of 5-OH-propafenone by 65%.”
