Ranolazine and tacrolimus

Ranolazine's FDA label of January 23, 2026 names tacrolimus in its drug interactions section; the tacrolimus labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name ranolazine. The ranolazine label: “Doses of other sensitive CYP3A substrates (e.g., lovastatin) and CYP3A substrates with narrow therapeutic range may need to be reduced with ranolazine.”
