Ramipril's FDA label of August 24, 2026 names temsirolimus in its drug interactions section, and temsirolimus's label names ramipril too. The ramipril label: “Patients taking concomitant mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) inhibitor (e.g. temsirolimus) therapy or a neprilysin inhibitor may be at increased risk for angioedema.”
