Praziquantel's FDA label of March 2, 2026 names ritonavir in its drug interactions section; the ritonavir label PlainMeds reads does not name praziquantel. The praziquantel label: “… inhibitors), for example, cimetidine, ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, and ritonavir may increase plasma concentrations of praziquantel.”
