Pralidoxime's FDA label of April 1, 2026 names theophylline in its drug interactions section; the theophylline label PlainMeds reads does not name pralidoxime. The pralidoxime label: “… they should be used cautiously in the treatment of convulsions; morphine, theophylline, aminophylline, reserpine, and phenothiazine-type tranquilizers should be avoided in patients with organophosphate poisoning.”
