Pazopanib's FDA label of December 16, 2025 names simvastatin in its drug interactions section; the simvastatin label PlainMeds reads does not name pazopanib. The pazopanib label: “Concomitant use of VOTRIENT with simvastatin increases the risk of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) elevations.”
