Vonoprazan's FDA label of July 16, 2026 names nilotinib in its drug interactions section; the nilotinib labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name vonoprazan. The vonoprazan label: “Other Drugs Clinical Effect Vonoprazan reduces intragastric acidity, which may decrease the absorption of drugs reducing their effectiveness.”
