Toremifene's FDA label of November 13, 2024 names nefazodone in its drug interactions section; the nefazodone label PlainMeds reads does not name toremifene. The toremifene label: “The administration of FARESTON with agents that are strong CYP3A4 inhibitors increase the steady-state concentration in serum and should be avoided.”

What does the toremifene label say about nefazodone?

Toremifene label, drug interactions

The administration of FARESTON with agents that are strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, atazanavir, indinavir, nefazodone, nelfinavir, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, and voriconazole) increase the steady-state concentration in serum and should be avoided.
