Ranolazine's FDA label of January 23, 2026 names nefazodone in its drug interactions section; the nefazodone label PlainMeds reads does not name ranolazine. The ranolazine label: “Drugs on Ranolazine Strong CYP3A Inhibitors Do not use ranolazine with strong CYP3A inhibitors, including ketoconazole, itraconazole, clarithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir, ritonavir, indinavir, and saquinavir.”
