Loxapine's FDA label (Adasuve) of July 6, 2026 names phenylephrine in its warnings and precautions section; the phenylephrine labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name loxapine. The loxapine label: “In the presence of severe hypotension requiring vasopressor therapy, the preferred drugs may be norepinephrine or phenylephrine.”
