Lofexidine's FDA label of July 22, 2026 names naltrexone in its drug interactions section; the naltrexone labels PlainMeds reads (2) do not name lofexidine. The lofexidine label: “ECG monitoring is recommended when used concomitantly. Oral Naltrexone: Concomitant use may reduce efficacy of oral naltrexone.”
