Lisinopril's FDA label of January 2, 2025 names sirolimus in its drug interactions section; sirolimus's label does not name lisinopril itself but warns about its class (ACE inhibitors). The lisinopril label: “7.7 mTOR Inhibitors Patients taking concomitant mTOR inhibitor therapy may be at increased risk for angioedema.”
