Tolvaptan's FDA label of May 7, 2026 names ketoconazole in its drug interactions section; the ketoconazole label PlainMeds reads does not name tolvaptan. The tolvaptan label: “Inhibitors of CYP3A Concomitant use of JYNARQUE with drugs that are moderate or strong CYP3A inhibitors increases tolvaptan exposure.”

What does the tolvaptan label say about ketoconazole?
