Darifenacin label, drug interactionsThe daily dose of darifenacin extended-release tablets should not exceed 7.5 mg when co-administered with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors (for example, ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, nelfinavir, clarithromycin and nefazadone).
