Tenecteplase's FDA label of December 15, 2025 names heparin in its warnings and precautions section; the heparin labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name tenecteplase. The tenecteplase label: “Should serious bleeding that is not controlled by local pressure occur, discontinue any concomitant heparin or antiplatelet agents immediately and treat appropriately.”
