Ivacaftor's FDA label of March 23, 2026 names glipizide in its drug interactions section; the glipizide labels PlainMeds reads (2) do not name ivacaftor. The ivacaftor label: “Other therapeutic products for which exposure may be increased by KALYDECO include glimepiride and glipizide; these therapeutic products should be used with caution.”
