The lidocaine label: “Concomitant use of lidocaine at steady-state concentrations of the CYP1A2 inhibitor fluvoxamine increases intravenous lidocaine plasma AUC and C max by 71% and 22%, and decreases MEGX AUC and C max by 54% and 65%.”
