Fluvastatin and nefazodone

Nefazodone's FDA label of July 31, 2025 names fluvastatin in its drug interactions section; the fluvastatin labels PlainMeds reads (2) do not name nefazodone. The nefazodone label: “… undergo little or no metabolism by the CYP3A4 isozyme, such as pravastatin or fluvastatin, dosage adjustments should not be necessary.”

What does the nefazodone label say about fluvastatin?

Nefazodone label, drug interactions

Since metabolic interactions are unlikely between nefazodone and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors that undergo little or no metabolism by the CYP3A4 isozyme, such as pravastatin or fluvastatin, dosage adjustments should not be necessary.
