Fluconazole's FDA label (Fluconazole) of April 2, 2026 names rifabutin in its drug interactions section, and rifabutin's label names fluconazole too. The rifabutin label: “Therefore, carefully monitor for rifabutin associated adverse events in those patients also receiving CYP3A inhibitors, which include fluconazole and clarithromycin.”
