Fluconazole's FDA label (Fluconazole) of April 2, 2026 names glyburide in its drug interactions section; the glyburide label PlainMeds reads does not name fluconazole. The fluconazole label: “… been reported from hypoglycemia in association with combined fluconazole and glyburide use.”

Oral hypoglycemics Clinically significant hypoglycemia may be precipitated by the use of fluconazole with oral hypoglycemic agents; one fatality has been reported from hypoglycemia in association with combined fluconazole and glyburide use.
