Everolimus's FDA label (Zortress) of February 12, 2026 names ritonavir in its drug interactions section; the ritonavir label PlainMeds reads does not name everolimus. The everolimus label: “Concurrent treatment with strong inhibitors and inducers of CYP3A4 is not recommended.”
