Estazolam's FDA label of November 11, 2022 names rifampin in its drug interactions section; the rifampin label PlainMeds reads does not name estazolam. The estazolam label: “While no in vivo drug-drug interaction studies were conducted between estazolam and inducers of CYP3A, compounds that are potent CYP3A inducers would be expected to decrease estazolam concentrations.”

What does the estazolam label say about rifampin?

While no in vivo drug-drug interaction studies were conducted between estazolam and inducers of CYP3A, compounds that are potent CYP3A inducers (such as carbamazepine, phenytoin, rifampin, and barbiturates) would be expected to decrease estazolam concentrations.

What does the rifampin label say about estazolam?
