Epirubicin's FDA label of July 24, 2026 names trastuzumab in its drug interactions section, and trastuzumab's label names epirubicin too. The epirubicin label: “Patients receiving ELLENCE after stopping treatment with other cardiotoxic drugs, especially those with long half-lives such as trastuzumab, may be at increased risk of developing cardiotoxicity.”
