Sevoflurane's FDA label of February 12, 2025 names epinephrine in its drug interactions section; the epinephrine labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name sevoflurane. The sevoflurane label: “Epinephrine Epinephrine administered with sevoflurane may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.”

What does the sevoflurane label say about epinephrine?

Epinephrine Epinephrine administered with sevoflurane may increase the risk of ventricular arrhythmias.

Sevoflurane label, warnings

In most cases, bradycardia improved with decreasing the concentration of sevoflurane, manipulating the airway, or administering an anticholinergic or epinephrine.
