Enzalutamide's FDA label (Xtandi) of May 25, 2021 names pimozide in its drug interactions section; the pimozide label PlainMeds reads does not name enzalutamide. The enzalutamide label: “Concomitant use of XTANDI with narrow therapeutic index drugs that are metabolized by CYP3A4, CYP2C9 and CYP2C19 should be avoided, as enzalutamide may decrease their exposure.”
