Enalaprilat's FDA label of June 7, 2024 names lithium in its drug interactions section; the lithium labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name enalaprilat. The enalaprilat label: “Lithium toxicity has been reported in patients receiving lithium concomitantly with drugs which cause elimination of sodium, including ACE inhibitors.”
