Increase the daclatasvir dose to 90 mg once daily. elbasvir/grazoprevir ↓ elbasvir ↓ grazoprevir Co-administration of INTELENCE with elbasvir/grazoprevir may decrease elbasvir and grazoprevir concentrations, leading to reduced therapeutic effect of elbasvir/grazoprevir.
