Lidocaine/prilocaine's FDA label of March 30, 2026 names dofetilide in its drug interactions section; the dofetilide label PlainMeds reads does not name lidocaine/prilocaine. The lidocaine/prilocaine label: “Patients treated with class III anti-arrhythmic drugs should be under close surveillance and ECG monitoring considered, because cardiac effects may be additive.”
