Pegaspargase's FDA label of October 7, 2024 names dexamethasone in its drug interactions section; the dexamethasone labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name pegaspargase. The pegaspargase label: “DRUG INTERACTIONS 7.1 Glucocorticoids Pegaspargase may increase the risk of glucocorticoid-induced toxicities, including osteonecrosis through a potential increase in exposure of dexamethasone.”
