Haloperidol's FDA label (Haloperidol Decanoate) of February 19, 2025 names desipramine in its drug interactions section; the desipramine labels PlainMeds reads (2) do not name haloperidol. The haloperidol label: “Plasma concentrations of CYP2D6 substrates may increase when they are co-administered with haloperidol.”
