Deferasirox's FDA label of January 28, 2026 names paclitaxel in its drug interactions section; the paclitaxel labels PlainMeds reads (4) do not name deferasirox. The deferasirox label: “Metabolized by CYP2C8 Deferasirox inhibits CYP2C8 resulting in an increase in CYP2C8 substrate concentration when these drugs are coadministered.”
